Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Focus Pouches

If our energy pouches don’t meet your expectations:

  • You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery
  • Opened and used products are eligible
  • No return is required

We believe the best way to know if something works for you is to actually try it.

Subscription Orders

For subscription purchases:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account
  • Refunds apply to the most recent order only, if requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Future subscription orders are not eligible for refunds once processed

Pre-Workout

For pre-workout purchases:

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Opened and used containers are eligible
  • No return is required

Additional Notes

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We reserve the right to limit refunds in cases of excessive or suspicious refund activity
